Biography:

I, Vincent Irvine Darren was born in Glasgow, Scotland on date of 24. 3. 1887. to Norman Darren and Martha Irvine as their only child. I was educated at local school. As soon as i graduated i would start working in a local hospital as a nurse, i had always had interest in Medical duties and such. Soon, a world war broke out and i thought i could be helpful and join Voluntary Aid Dettachment. I've applied and go accepted onboard couple of Hospital ships. It was all until 1916 when i heard about HMHS Britannic, the grandest Hospital Ship in whole world. My friends advised me to join her, so i voulnteered and here i am now, waiting for Britannic to set sail from Southampton.
